That sounds like a job for Manuel at Manuel's Body Shop. Great color matching and the dealers love his flexible kinds of work. He'll accomodate your budget and do the work accordingly within reason. He was a great guy to work with, but I haven't been in the LA area for a while. He was on the North side of Venice Blvd. just a couple blocks east of Veteran Ave. Worst problem is the parking.
