I should have added that we have already purchased our first home. Well, we are paying on our purchase, ha. I think we're fortunate that real estate in SC is much cheaper than in Cali. Also I was thinking Roth IRA. This is money that I have that I can spend any way I want, i.e. I have the permission of my financial advisor/wife to spend it or save it, it's my money. The thing is I think I would rather save it now to spend later, but just don't know the best way to do it. I know the Duc will deprciate, and won't be worth a lot, but man do I lust after one right now. I guess I was looking for some wise advice from those individuals who have been in my shoes, and have wonderful stories about how they were so happy they saved young so they could spend old. Guess I'll get to be one of the ones that tells that tale.
