Thanks guys. I went into the Torrance court today and they told me that it was dismissed....and I got home and the pink copy was in the mail. No notes on it or anything, just the box checked not guilty with "not guilty" written next to it. I get my money in 6-8 weeks.
Alls well that ends well, I guess.
Coincidentally...I think I saw the police officer who ticketed me yesterday night.. He was in uniform, escorting a hot blonde to Hennessy's Pub on the Strand. When they got to Hennessey's she said "thank you!" and he turned around with a big smile on his face. Bet he wanted to honk her horns. jk.
