As far as I can tell the voltages are correct through the relays. I've traced through the wiring diagram and believe I've got voltage where I should have it. I have not checked again with a volt meter since I was cleaning contacts & fuses on Monday.
I'll check things again tomorrow in the daylight when my head hopefully doesn't hurt. I want to recheck to make sure I have spark and I want to put the fuel pressure gauge on it to see what kind of pressure I have at the injectors.
