In that mess you call a garage, you should have a wiring diagram, but....

Take two leads from the battery and see if the pump works at all.
If ya get'em wrong the pump will run but backwards...it'll at least tell ya if the pump is good.

Try swapping relays in the relay board if the pump runs.

Check the friggin fuse on the relay board

Try hooking the fuel pump leads to a VOM and turn the key to start and see if you have any volts to the fp wiring.

Then there's always the ignition switch, wiring and the relay board itself.
