Scott....the relay board is notorious for shorting the pins to the relay and power...get the Haynes out and check for switched power and or a bad relay.

It happened to me on the Rocket in fargin Arizona.....had to hard wire straight w/o switched power to the fuel pump to get home. When I stopped and turned the car off I had to pull the jumper wire or burn up the pump....
