If there is power at the headlamp bulb connector that can be measured with a multimeter or test lamp, but the bulb filament doesn't light, try compressing the sides of that particular 1/4" quick disconnect connector with a pair of needle-nose pliers ... not enough to close the gap, just reduce it somewhat! Then slide it on a few times to make sure there is friction while applying. A bit of Dow Corning 111 Silicone Grease might help prevent corrosion.
