THE best rotors for the money are BALO rotors. They are German made and go through an intense QA process. The company also has it's own in-house foundry to control quality. They're also the least expensive.
I've used them on two cars, including a 740IL and never had an issue. Other rotors have a tendency to warp on the 740.
