Yes, sorry, I wasn't that clear.
There is some (a little) evidence that taking vitaman E, selenium, eating soy, brocolli/cauliflower, tomato paste (catsup/spaghetti) over a long period of time may help prevent it.
The Japanese, who eat lots of fish, soy and rice have very low rates of prostate cancer.
