hi all,
i've an 89 325i E30/M20.
i've cleaned up my intake/fuel/ignition 'chain' ... currently consisting of new/clean --
Malpassi Rising Rate Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
W8LCR Bosch Spark Plugs
Plasma Booster
K&N Cone Air-Filter kit
BavAuto High Performance Ignition Wire Set
Distributor Cap
Distributor Rotor
Ignition Coil
Bosch Oxygen Sensor
Dinan Performance Engine Chip
Dinan Cat-back Free-Flow Exhaust System
Bosch D5B-19lb (#0280150556) Fuel Injectors

Golan Products High-Flow Fuel Filter

RedLine 10W40 Engine Oil
Canton/Mecca Oil Filter
the overall difference in performance/drivability is -- IMHO -- pretty amazing. the PlasmaBooster made the biggest LOW-END difference, and the INJECTOR + RRFPR combo on the mid-to-high end. very cool!
i'm 'closing in' on my tuning -- but still (i know) suboptimal.
i'm confused by too many variables. in particular, tuning the system requires setup/monitoring/adjustment of:
(1) Fuel Pressure Regulator base setting
(2) CO adjustmet screw on AFM
(3) Air/Fuel lambda ratio to "14.7:1"
i've a fuel pressure meter installed on the fuel line, and a voltmeter with which i can easily read the O2 sensor voltage (tho i'm not sure if I need a "wide-band" sensor -- all the meters seem to sell with one).

## QUESTION

what's the recommended procedure -- and order! -- for OPTIMALLY setting:
(1) the base fuel pressure (remember, i've larger injectors and higher fule filter flow ...), and
(2) the air/fuel mixture with a voltmeter & the CO screw?
thx for any/all poiters/insights?
