I mounted the remote display under the dash - two sided tape, or velcro i my case, and I see it between the spokes of the steering wheel. At this point, I know the various alert sounds, so I hit the brakes instinctively at the sounds - K, Ka, and then look. From there, it's a question of knowing the strength and location, which is a less pressing matter. Plus, there's no cutting or disassembly of the dash to mount it - for some reason, although I've told myself that I'll never sell (and this might not even be the reason) I have made sure to only do "unboltable" mods. I'll post a pic later
