Weld some heat exchangers around your headers.
The 12V heaters don't work. Using the oil cooler would leave you without any defrosting when you need it the most. 12v seatcovers with heat will help with the driver, but not the defrost.
The Webasto gas heater is probably the most viable option. But the old ones are scarce (and may or may not be up to spec), and new ones (truck drivers use them) are over a thousand bucks, I'm pretty sure.
