Conrad, how "rusty" was the car to start with ? You do see some, "get this out here cars on Traderonline". But I would like "some" reusable parts. Ha Ha Ha

Mine will be a DIY job 100% ( excluding engine machine work ).

I'm going to build a rotisserie for working on the tub. So I can't see getting a real nice one, if I'm just going to take it apart.
Taking apart is what I'm looking forward too.
I know, I'm sick ........

Rust wise, is there any thing that can't be fixed ?

Are you going the "wax" all the knooks and cranny's to keep rust out.
I remember Roland talking about it.

I've always loved these cars. I just want the satisfaction of doings it myself, and the learning that goes with it.

Being that I'm here in Montana. Buying one is tough. I'm limited to Montana, Spokane & Boise. Nothing comes up. Can use my relatives in Portland/Vancouver. The ones we've looked at there are pretty tired.
I'm thinking of using Pelican's pre inspection service for LA cars ?????

TIA
