My 75 is Napal Orange compared to the 70-74 Signal Orange. I've heard that Porsche used paint in common with the rest of their cars until 74. Then the 914 used VW colors, try a VW dealer, but don't always trust the paint code, 1. My friend got a factory code from a dealer took it to the painter, the painters book was wrong so my friend ened up with a baby purple 930 instead of a midnight blue. 2. Paint fades over the years, if your's is old then do as John suggests and go to a paint store to have them mix up what is on your car, not what should be on your car.
