Thanks Shaun, and yep that's exactly it. I don't want to come accross like that to my guys. I've NEVER even brought up the increases to them. I'm sure they know, but I doubt they KNOW.
My agent (friend) and other businessmen I know tell me I'm nuts for not making them share the cost increases. I just don't know.
