Initially I was going to replace every corroded fastener/polish the sprockets, etc. etc., but have since decided to keep it in mostly "original" condition--sort of a survivor. I don't think there are many 25 year-old 2,600 mile bikes around which are still wearing all their original parts. When finished, the only non-original items will be the re-covered seat, new tires, new battery, grips, front brake lever(bent), fuel/vent lines, and the repainted tank. Should be fun (if it runs!)
