I purchased new rear rotors for my 85 Carrera which are OEM made by Sebro in Germany and when I got them they had some machined slots on the outer edges of both rotors I have never seen these before on any rotors I've purchased before (many) and am wondering if this is normal or screwed up? Is this some sort of weight balancing technique by the manufacturer? What do you think?
