Totally Ridiculous...
Check out how many times they warn against not obscuring your plate with it, however they clearly advise that their "legal advisors" have told them this is not an "endorsable" offence (ie// demerit points), and their own promotional picture has their crap covering the licence plate.
They're clearly promoting it to avoid toll/speed/red light cameras and identification in other situations. (how about hit and runs, DUI, robberies)
IMO it's pretty lame.
But if someone wants to pay 8 bucks for some mud, then they're not too bright to begin with.
My 2 cents...
(BTW - why is it a penny for your thoughts but you gotta put your two cents in? Someone's making a penny somewhere.)
