Angry Impeachment

Removal from public office for violation of the public trust.

"Article III.

Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."

"Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

"Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

I personally believe that the last 2 major rulings by the Supreme court, "Raich vs. Gonzales" and "Kelo vs. City of New London", vilolate Articles X and V respectively of the Bill of Rights, otherwise known as the Tenth and Fifth amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore I am writing my Representative to vote for Impeachment proceedings against Justices Stevens, Breyer, Souter, Ginsburg and Kennedy.
