If you (carefully) pull the metal trim from the seal, this willl make the seal a bit flexible. Then the trick is to work the seal/window out of the body opening; I used a couple of flexible putty knives and lots of masking tape to protect the paint. It going to be a bugger of a job, and much worse if the windows ever been replaced using urethane sealer. If you have access to a large suction cup and a spare set of hands, it'll make the job a bit easier by having someone pull on the glass.
I have heard guys claim they've gotten the door open using a slim-jim, but more commonly it's said that they can't be opened that way.
