We discussed previous version with threaded rod holding the uniball and came to conclusion that it wasn't too good. So now it's a ordinary bolt with smooth surface where uniball-sleeve is going to mate.
I wonder if we should drill the bolt-head and safety-wire it for a good measure or is Loctite good enough?
