OK, so you proved your legitimacy. So what's the rest of the story...how did you talk the lady into selling? Did you really buy it for under $4000 which was your budget?
There are a few rude people that lurk on Pelican ready to jump and condemn everyone and everything (they know who they are), but on the whole this is a great bunch and a tremendous source of knowledge.
