Thread hijack alert. Time for theater pictures.
I went for Sony W400Q a few years ago and a Draper M2500 screen in a 102" diagonal size (16:9 format). It was one of the first 16:9 format LCD projectors. It's really nothing special now, but is still fun. One of the best things was having a large screen and taking up zero floor space.
I have had a good time with it and would love to build a theater room with a rear projection screen in the end wall to avoid the problems of having to control the light in the room.
