The older Ferarri's are definitely tough on repairs. Any 80s car w/ low mileage will not be very reliable....bcz it sat in a garage all it's life. Our 328 was a PITA bcz it sat for so long.
My father has had a 328, 348, and now has a 355. If I were you, I would go for a well maintained 348 for similar money. Or even an early 355B.....
Also, make sure the major service has been done. If not, it'll cost you a good $4K-$5K.
