On my old wagon I had to blow coolant from the overflow tank back into the radiator when I was a poverty stricken student (blown head gasket - yup subaru) and for about three weeks it looked to any onlookers like I'd be giving the car a big lingering smooch every time I started it. Quite funny.
All will be well when my gf returns from os - pehaps I've just been projecting.
