When I hire, I need to know if they can actually do the job - so they get a skills test. When they pass that, then I can get on with working out if I like 'em, and if they'll fit into the team.
Anyone can talk the talk, I need them to walk the walk... When I'm satisfied with that aspect, then comes the personality grillin'
