That's funny, I look down on 944 owners with their ridiculous belt maintainence costs, leaky power steering racks, and, well, the power to weight isn't exactly much greater. This isn't even mentioning the number of owners who think "smoked out" rear lenses make them the coolest kid on the block.
There are a number of owners who track their cars with the disc/drum brakes. Were you getting brake fade on the street? I never had a problem with mine even under the hardest braking.
The 924's have a much different feel than 944's. They're much more raw and give much more road feedback. 944's are much more civilised GT cars.
In my opinion, the 944 fender flares are right out of a Miami Vice episode. The 924 lines are subtle and sleak.
