Who says they will use a port, BTW, I agree with you about Miami, it hasn't been an American city since the 80s. Funny, I also get a lot of my info from a former (not ex like the guy in Boston) Coast Guard Commander and currently a rock musician. China still has an eye on NY, and Iran has backed down since GWB showed that America still has balls, even with all the liberals.
