My son voluntarily deployed six months after the towers and his best friend just got out of the Navy and reenlisted in the AK ANG. I'm a veteran, and socially liberal and fiscally conservative. I happen to have many friends that are Vietnam veterans, Panama and Grenada veterans, and Desert Storm veterans. While Americans fully support our men and women in uniform no matter were they serve, the same can not be said for the president.
