:-) hey guys, sorry about the Miami Vice dig, was a little tongue-in-cheek.
44's are great fun too, but they definitely have a much different feel.
The megasquirt'ing is still coming along. Working on it this weekend. A couple 924 guys already have their's up and running (no turbo owners though). Coming from CIS, I had to have a fuel rail made up, get EFI injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, just picked up a BOV from the rennlist group buy. I'm tuning with a wideband o2 and EGT. I even stole a 951 intercooler :-) The timing wheel is tricky, I have the pulley and wheel at a machine/fab shop in south Boston. They're making a spacer on a lathe that the wheel will press on to and the bolt that holds the stock pulley to the crank will go through and pull the spacer down against the pulley. Should work...!
I pop into msefi every once in a while. I'm waiting for my new turbo before I reassemble the engine, then I start wiring in the MS and other electronics. I've got to get to work!
Enjoy the weekend,
nick
