Shoulder problems usually involve mechanical injury. No chiropractic manipulation will help you. If it's a torn rotator cuff or tendinitis, physical therapy may help strengthen accessory muscles and stabilize your joint.
I have bilateral torn labrums (SLAP lesion). Both shoulders are shot. I've had well meaning but misguided chiropractor friends offer to help. Unfortunately, I've got to make time for surgery and a lengthy rehab. I wish there were a simpler way, but it's just not the case.
