Adjusting the Throttle Position Sensor on a 951

The TPS on my new-to-me 951 is a little hypersensitve with the "throttle closed" part of it. It takes almost nothing to "un-trigger" that particular part of the sensor and the ECU only reads full throttle closure about 50% of the time when I take my foot off the gas. I've been noticing this at stoplights where the engine will "hang" at about 2,000 RPM with the clutch disengaged.

I checked unter the hood and behind the pedals, the throttle cable is _not_ binding. With the engine off, I can hear the little "click" sound of the throttle-closed sensor if I even touch the throttle cam. It's way to sensitive on tip-in and I need to back it off just a hair. I know where it's located, but I don't know which way to rotate it.
