Up for sale is the complete convertible top assembly from my 1993 968 cab. The top is gray in color, but could be dyed a darker color, if so desired. The package includes the complete top, headliner, and the complete frame. The sale does NOT include either the motors or transmissions. This top assembly will work on the 90/91 944 cab and on all 968 cabs (92 through 95).
The top canvas covering is in good condition, and does not have any holes, rips, or tears. I had it inspected by a canvas shop, who suggested that there were 3 to 4 years of life remaining in the canvas. The rear window shows the normal yellowing, but can be seen through. I would recommend replacing the vinyl which should be relatively inexpensive since the top assembly could be taken to a canvas shop prior to reinstalling it in the car.
I am asking $525 plus shipping. I will include a shipping crate to protect the top during shipment.
