Take a screen shot of his desktop, set it as the background wallpaper, and move all the icons off the sideo fthe screen. They look like they are there, but they are "unclickable".

Take the shot with the logon screen up front & center (depending on if you use Windows logon or Novell.......) watch them go nuts trying to enter their PW THEN click around it...
A hidden video cam is a pre-requisite for this as well.
