All the guys here love there cars, some just like to keep things original some don't. Most have there cars repaired/rebuilt by someone else but some do the work themselves. Those guys may like the challenge of a conversion. I have a 930 converted trans to run mid-engine. If I could I would put it in a 911 but its likely going in a 914. Just for the fun of doing it. I would guess that 99.9 % of the people here would give up there cars in a second for a new twin turbo so it all still comes down to money and it likely within this subject always be that way.
