When $ resources are thin, and it keeps getting pounded into your head that $ resources are thin it doesn't help to have contractors, developers, and elected politicians profiting at the expense of the military and especially the troops on the ground. This kind of stuff makes me skeptical. I don't know abut the rest of you.
