Brad - my wife moved out of a very small farm town in Iowa (first in her family to do so) and I moved out of a small town in Connecticut (first in my family to do so) to be in of all places Texas!
Ya, it can be rough because having familty around is a great support but when you are out there alone yet together it builds a bond between you and your wife called... co-dependancy.
