Hy-17 / I-86 in NY was routine w/HP traps/ Sun nite/ mad dash.. meaning the whole road is a speed trap. W of Binghamton had some very decent limit + 10-15 and a few solo cars doing +20. I think they may be the locals who know the HP local action. This road runs from L Erie east at the Penn border as it zero's in on Manthattan.
I must have passed 6traps from mostly L Erie to ending Bing.. but they were good driving road speed traps. I follow road bait and the proverbial NY mt roads were great crusing. The HP doesn't move when cruse control sedans were set at 70mph in limit of 65. that's cool for the HP.
East of Bing traffic became a bs issue.
