Actually they have a fully independent rear axle. They are one of my favorite cars, I came so close to owning a '69, then a '65, (Guilia GT), before I got my last 911. They are equal in desirability to a 911 for me, (both at the very top), and even edge the Porsche out in exclusivity. Also, Alfa people are way cool.
