That's terrible.
Their customer service reputation, however, is pretty spotty. Lots of dissatisfied cstomers, lots of long delays, and lots of suspicion about swapped wheels. The funny thing is, that reputation goes back at least 10-12 years, and they still haven't fixed their workflow problem.
I believe Alan sends his stuff out to various subcontractors and stay-at-home moms. So the results are inconsistent.
