But like I post everyone of these things (and there seems to be a spate of them recently) - contact the Attorney General's office in the state they operate in and where you live. (Assuming the facts are as presented, etc.).

It's not just that these guys are hurting car owners -- tehy are also hurting legitimate businesses -- and we _depend_ on the latter for parts, service, restoration and other needs for our cars. In medicine there is a board that deals with the small % of "bad docs" - same in law... Everything else goes to a general state agency.
