I'll add a sighting. I'm into large format photography, which requires the use of a darkroom to load film. Since I can't haul my darkroom in the field, I've been known to use a changing bag to do the deed when I'm travelling. One day, I was sitting on a park bench loading film, and a passer-by stopped to inquire as to my activities.

"Well, I see where your hands go, but where's the hole for your head?"
"Um, there is no head hole," I answered.
She looked at me like I was an idiot and asked, "But if there's no head hole, how do you see what you're doing?"

Right. She was pushing a stroller -- proof that these people reproduce.
