Jack has and is giving alot back to the game. The Memorial for one, and the players yearly that have been honored there.
I enjoyed his comments following his final round this Friday, and appreciated his appearance (walking with his ceramic hip) in the Master's this year after the family tragedy.
Yes, Arnie is a favorite, he (and his agent), came along at the right time of televised golf.
Today, too much long ball. Par fives have become fours and mandatory birdie holes because of only one factor. Classic courses modified. (Like corked bats, or allowing aluminum bats in the majors).
I also can't recall any champions of the past (prior to Jack and Arnie) to be "club throwers" in reaction to losing it.
