Drive Train Noise....

I just finished replacing the clutch on my 85.5 944 (after way to long). I used the pelican superclutch pack so all major wear parts have been replaced. I also installed a Fidanza Flywheel, a Lindsey Racing solid transmission mount, and rebuild drive axles/CVs. So...I have noticed substantial "gear" noise coming from the transmission/drive train. I think this is because I installed the lightweight flywheel and solid trans mount, but I figured I would ask you guys before I ruined something in the drive train.
