Omega makes real, real nice pistons. I've set up Nickies in the past to run with customer's Omegas, but i'm not 100% sure on how they expand in comparison with the JEs, where we have been able to snug up the clearances. I've been curious to try the forged side relief style piston (like the omega shown) over the standard slipper skirt, but again, JE states that they have to run significantly more clearance with the forged side relief style, as they run hotter (statement made by JE) and also they don't have any real world experience with those forgings on street engines.
