I posted a play by play and a link to a video above.
It shows cartoon boobs and interactive animated humping. You see no genitals, no pubic hair. It is only a big deal to people who are either extremely repressed/prudish about sex, or have never actually seen a real live woman without clothes.

It is in there, it is one of the ways to get health back if you get hurt. You can also be a pimp, and drive women around town to "dates", and beat up the johns if they get rough or don't pay. If you get good enough at pimping, when you pick up a hooker, they pay you.
