if there's oil in Africa... why don't we just buy up a couple countries, slap some oil rigs in there, and abandon the mideast oil supply? Is it doable?
I'm probably not seeing the big picture here, but... Africa is a large place, and they have no money. if we set up even a modest oil infrastructure, they'll be living like tall dogs in no time!
