How is this any different than exploring alternative energy or talking about public transportation? Both would change our way of life, so couldn't you say that they're winning in that case also? I don't buy the "we're running out of oil" argument, when there are hundreds of billions of barrels that havent been found yet. Just figured we could buy some cheap African real estate and leave the arabs to their own sandbox. Yeah we should still kill the terrorists, this doesn't involve that at all. I just want oil below $1 again.
