Don't run the two different carbs at the same time. They'll never run "right" that way.

If the rest of the motor is stock, I recommend the original FI. If you've got the $$$, I recommend an aftermarket EFI. If you want to go carbs, I very strongly recommend finding a single of the Dells or the Webers so you can have a matched pair. Make sure to get the same kind as you already have. (I forget if they come in "left" and "right" versions or if both are the same.)

Webers seem to be the most commonly-used carbs. Dells have their own fans--including Jake Raby, who seems to really love them for a street-driven car. He knows more about them than I ever will, so hopefully he will be able to talk to you about them. I think he also sells the Dells and Dell parts. (I know Pelican doesn't.)
