When I was 16, I heard Walter Williams filling in for Rush one day, and he said something very similiar, and it made total sense. Don't get married before 25, don't have kids before 25, and buy a house as soon as you can. That was his advice, and his reasoning behind all of it made absolute sense. So, that's the path I'm taking.
I have a girlfriend of 3 years, we won't be getting married before we're 25, and we won't be having kids before we're married. There's one honest way to be sure of that.
As for your situation, k911, I got nothing. Seems so far out of the realm of possibility for me, that I couldn't even read the whole thing. I hope it all works out for the best
